Valeting and paint-correction package prices are final for the selected vehicle size in normal-use condition. Ceramic coating needs a vehicle-specific quote. Any extra work is priced and agreed separately, never added automatically to the package price or cancellation fee.

Common questions
Can you remove dog hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is a £20 add-on on any booking — choose it on the booking form and we'll allow the extra time.
My car smells of damp — can you help?
Our Mould Removal service is a seriously thorough clean for neglected or mouldy interiors, including upholstery and leather care. Prices start from £150 by vehicle size.
How long does a deep interior clean take?
Around two and a half hours for a Deep Interior Valet. Mould removal and end-of-lease cleans take longer because of the extra work involved.
Does the End of Lease Valet include the outside?
Yes — it's a full pre-sale or hand-back clean covering roof lining, engine bay, decontamination and seat protection.

Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival time for no fee and a full refund of any payment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking price: if you've paid, we refund the other 50%, and unpaid pay-on-the-day bookings owe 50%. No deposit is required.
