Booking questions
Do I need to provide water or power?
No — we supply the water, power and equipment needed for your clean.
What happens in bad weather?
Cleans go ahead in bad weather unless conditions are unsafe. If it is unsafe, we will contact you to rearrange.
Is there a deposit or cancellation fee?
No deposit is required. Standard package prices are final for your selected vehicle size and are shown alongside the exact late cancellation fee before you confirm. Ceramic coating enquiries reserve no slot and carry no payment or cancellation commitment until you accept a final quote and confirm. For confirmed bookings, you can pay by bank transfer or on the day. Cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival time for no fee and a full refund of any payment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking price: if you've paid, we refund the other 50%, and unpaid pay-on-the-day bookings owe 50%. No deposit is required. Any extra work must be priced and agreed separately; it is not added to the agreed cancellation fee.
How can I change my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, original date and preferred new date. Changes depend on availability; contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. A change is not confirmed until we reply.
Do you cover my postcode?
Enter your full postcode on the booking form to check coverage, then choose your detailer and date for available times. Winchester and the New Forest are outside our listed coverage. If your postcode is not covered, message us before booking.
