Cancellation policy
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before
Life happens — plans change. Here is exactly what happens when you cancel a confirmed booking, based on how much notice you give us. No deposit is ever required to book.
24 hours or more before your arrival time
Cancel for free — no fee at all. If you've already paid by card, the full amount is refunded automatically back to your card as soon as you cancel.
Less than 24 hours before your arrival time
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price applies. If you've paid by card, the other 50% is refunded automatically back to your card. Unpaid pay-on-the-day bookings owe the 50% fee.
Refunds and how to cancel
Card payments are refunded automatically the moment you cancel — full refund with 24+ hours' notice, half back within 24 hours. Bank transfer refunds are marked "refund due" and sent back to you by us. Cancel any time in your My Booking page, or message us on WhatsApp. Any extra work must be priced and agreed separately; it is never added to the cancellation fee.

Do I need to provide water or power?
No — we supply the water, power and equipment needed for your clean.
What happens in bad weather?
Cleans go ahead in bad weather unless conditions are unsafe. If it is unsafe, we will contact you to rearrange.
Is there a deposit or cancellation fee?
No deposit is required. Standard package prices are final for your selected vehicle size and are shown alongside the exact late cancellation fee before you confirm. Ceramic coating enquiries reserve no slot and carry no payment or cancellation commitment until you accept a final quote and confirm. For confirmed bookings, you can pay by bank transfer or on the day. Cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival time for no fee and a full refund of any payment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking price: if you've paid, we refund the other 50%, and unpaid pay-on-the-day bookings owe 50%. No deposit is required. Any extra work must be priced and agreed separately; it is not added to the agreed cancellation fee.
How can I change my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, original date and preferred new date. Changes depend on availability; contact us at least 24 hours before your visit. A change is not confirmed until we reply.
Do you cover my postcode?
Enter your full postcode on the booking form to check coverage, then choose your detailer and date for available times. Winchester and the New Forest are outside our listed coverage. If your postcode is not covered, message us before booking.

How much does mobile car valeting cost?
Exterior Wash costs £35 for Small cars and £40 for all other sizes. Valets start from £66, maintenance cleans from £60, exterior-only Paint Enhancement from £180, Single Stage Paint Correction from £250 and ceramic coating from £280. Choose your vehicle size and any add-ons to see your final total before confirming.
How do I book?
Choose a package, vehicle size and available time. All displayed package prices are final for your chosen size. Accept the final price and cancellation terms, then your booking confirms when the form saves successfully.
